About me

Hi everyone, I'm Mani and I currently work as a Design Lead for frog design.

Prior to this, I've lead the design efforts at Magnifi, an AI-powered retail investment platform. I wore a few hats! I've worked closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, product & marketing to drive design decisions and UX strategies for major platform launches and implement ways to measure the impact of design on our features.

Beyond design, I also manage and mentor a team of designers, helping them grow in their career, streamline internal workflows & processes, and being actively involved in recruiting new design talent to join our team.

In short, I'm all about creating great user experiences and fostering a collaborative design environment.

I've also worked in design consulting at 1st Main, a design studio, and Jumbotail, a B2B marketplace for food and groceries. I also possess 5 years of working experience in supply chain and logistics within the sports retail industry.

Beyond the design realm, you'll often find me engaged in sports or enjoying quality time with my four-legged companion, keeping me constantly occupied.
