About me
Hello! I'm Mani and I currently work as a Design Lead for frog design.
Previously, I've lead design at Magnifi, an AI-powered retail investment platform. I wore a few hats; I've worked closely with internal stakeholders such as engineering, product & marketing to drive design decisions and UX strategies for major platform launches and implement ways to measure the impact of design on our features.
Beyond design, I also manage and mentor a team of designers, helping them grow in their career, streamline internal workflows & processes, and being actively involved in recruiting new design talent to join our team.
In short, I'm all about creating great user experiences and fostering a collaborative design environment.
Before venturing into design - I've worked for 5 years in supply chain, logistics branding & merchandising within the sports retail industry.
Outside my profession, you'll often find me engaged in sports, travelling or enjoying quality time with my four-legged companion, keeping me constantly occupied.
